With all due respect to the great people that work there, they are offset by others who do not communicate at shift change and are unable to follow orders and administer important meds on time. Some people are compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and friendly people while others let meds go for hours overdue don’t respond for assistance and use ignorance as an excuse to get you to see someone else. They gave my wife a broken bed with a dip in the center while she was recovering from back surgery for three days, compounding her pain and prolonging her recovery. I had to constantly intervene. Orders for pain meds were “forgotten to be sent”. Considering a loved one who needs care regularly? Our experience was rocky at best. We felt comforted by some and when they left, like we were a bother. We were there for PT but never got that far due to escalation of pain and sporadic meds. I know this is a tough time to get help but in my opinion, there is a need for a strong leader at this facility. I do not recommend for transitioning to PT if meds are needed.

If I could do less than one star, I would. I’ve waited way too long to write this review but when “the staff did a wonderful job” during the pandemic, caught my eye, I had to share my experience. Albeit this was during the overhyped pandemic, My father did not have Covid. He did have an infection, he was isolated and we were told we could not see him. I had been keeping up with family rights during this time and knew, if his life was in danger we were allowed visitation. The day he died, we were told, “he’s fine” and the doctor will see him tomorrow. Literally five hours later we got the phone call saying he was dead. Upon arrival, I viewed his withered discolored body in the fetal position. As I said earlier, he was isolated in a room and there was nothing in there. No tv no music….just his dead body on a twin bed. It was pitiful beyond words. The dead certificate said septic was the cause of death. I still do not know how “Mr. Terry” the arrogant leader at the time could/can live with himself. Nobody deserved to die like that. At the least they could have had him transferred to the hospital or hospice. Cruel and heartless=Glenn Terry who apparently was making the decisions at the time. I’m pretty sure he still is and people do not change. So beware…..
Great team. Great building. Great company!
