Avalon Care Center at Northpointe offers both short-term and long-term placement for patients recovering from either an accident or injury requiring skilled nursing and/or skilled therapy care.

My dad has been at Avalon for the last month after being hospitalized for 2 weeks after having an infection that ended up giving him a silent heart attack. The care that my dad has received at Avalon has been great. The moment he arrived the staff was attentive to all of his needs, making sure he was comfortable and answered all the questions we had about what we will expect during his stay. After being there for 2 day’s the nursing staff saw that something was not right so they sent him back to the hospital for further evaluation and he was retaining fluid. He was then returned to Avalon once he was stable and he continues to rave about the great care he is receiving from not only the nursing staff but the therapists, and the whole Avalon team.
