This is by far the loudest apartment on history. Do not stay on any for other that the 4th. No matter how much you complain the staff will not help you with noisey neighbors. It’s sad paying thousands for a place you can’t sleep in. Stay away from here.

I have absolutely loved living here at the Aviation Crossing. The layout is amazing, and I love how open the rooms feel. Love the natural light that the rooms get. The maintenance is insanely fast. The leasing office is amazing and so helpful, and the people that work here are incredible. So sweet in every interaction I’ve had.
I sooooo love coming home everyday ~ the amenities gives you the resort style feel ~ maintenance is always on top of things ~ especially the service manager Mason~ he goes over and beyond and is very professional and kind.
I lived here for over a year and had CONSTANT problems. The management of the property are VERY unprofessional and are NEVER in the office to help or be of assistance and NEVER answer the phone. The new property manager is rude and not helpful at all. After I moved out, she took an additional $110 from my security deposit for miscellaneous things such as cleaning, even though the apartment was CLEANER THAN WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN! When I initially moved in, it was not ready and was filthy and dusty. I had constant noise issues with neighbors next door and above that continuously interfered with sleep. THERE IS A CONSTANT SMELL OF WEED IN THE HALLWAYS IN THIS PROPERTY, CONSTANT! AND DOG POO/PEE EVERYWHERE, EVEN IN STAIRCASES! Roaches were a regular occurrence and when I requested pest control they always forgot until I physically went and waited for someone to appear in the office. Residents setting off fire alarms in middle of night another regular occurrence. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I heard it used to be ran well, however it is a disgusting place now ran by incapable lazy people. I feel bad for the maintenance team who are brilliant!
