Avid Property Management

I was able to request & pick up my residential & visitor passes, for parking at my place of residence.
Note: They had the best Aroma360 smell in the air. Escapde was the scent & now I’m a VIP member, lol!

I filed a work order with Avid Property Management in August regarding the exterior siding of the building missing, resulting in an animal accessing the interior walls and crawling around. The work order was closed in September with no resolve. I reopened the work order on the same day, and it was again closed with no contact from the property management, solution to the issue, or even anyone coming to assess the situation. After the hurricanes settled, I attempted contacting the office. I called multiple times and left voicemails for Hector Sierra with no return calls. After finally voicing my concerns to the lady who answers the main phone number, they sent someone out to board up two of the holes with 4×4 planks, leaving many additional holes in other areas of the building, resulting in rodents still having access to the walls. After many more attempts I was told we are waiting for HOA board approval, however- after speaking with both the treasurer and president- they had not heard any word of our issues. It has now been a week since the president of the HOA contacted Hector himself, and we are still waiting on a response. Unprofessional, unproductive, ineffective & non communicative. 0/10 would recommend this joke of a “property management” company.

Estas 5 estrellas son para Alexandra Torres solo para ella por su excelente y pronta atención para mí como cliente ya que tenía varios días tratando de comunicarme con AVID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT y es TERRIBLE así que 0 ESTRELLAS para ellos.
