The Assisted Living branch allows individuals to maintain personal independence while assisting residents with professional care. The Skilled Nursing branch provides intermediate care and rehabilitation services 24 hours a day for each resident.
The Bartlett provides various healthcare services including assisted living and skilled nursing.
My Grandmother was in the care of the Bartlett. As a family we couldn’t have been happier with the service, care and professionalism we received from everyone there. Marizol and the nurses did an amazing job!!

I am a care pro with a company. The nursing staff was excellent. The nurse was coming in and checking vitals. The nurse sent 2 people in and cleaned client and bedding. Was very gentle with him as well.
The staff at Bartlett are so helpful and the facility takes care of my aunt so well. She is happy and we are so grateful for all their attention towards her. I can honestly say it’s the best facility in El Paso.
I am very grateful for the care my dad received at the skilled nursing facility. The nurses there are amazing and greeted my dad with such a warm welcome when they arrived. Claudio Puente and his team are amazing. ADON Claudio makes sure all of the patients are properly cared for and is very humble and nice to all the patients. The social workers also do a great job of connecting patients with services upon discharge. The CNAs and Techs also went above and beyond to care for my father. I was in awe of the hard work they all did to make sure my father was properly taken care of. The facility is always very clean, neat, and filled with activities for the patients to attend. If it were not for this facility, my father would not have had a good transition into the home after having half of his leg amputated. Words are not enough to show how thankful my family and I are for this facility and the care they provided my father. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
