Nothing changes, just like others have stated in their reviews. The office is miserable to work with. I’m surprised ashlyn grays eyes didn’t get stuck in the back of her head she rolled them so far back. Sad. Go elsewhere.

They want to bill me for two months because I have to move out because it’s horrible to live here because of my neighbors who smoke weed all the time and the smell in my apartment every day. And now it’s everywhere, all over the community. The management does nothing.

UPD JAN-2025: Maintenance team works outstanding here. So long, no matter what the issue is with appliance, lights or A/C. Josh in particular was really nice, helpful and willing to help.

Because my neighbors smoke weed 24/7 the community manager is asking me to move to another apartment instead of remove this problem! They bill themselves as a smoke free community. Ok, yesterday i went to Hampton by Bell Lansbrook Village it’s across the street i just went to see what their houses were like and in one of the houses the apartment smelled so bad of weed it was impossible to be in there. The point is no matter where you move to in this community you can always run into the same problem simply because the management allows smoking in the apartments.
