This is our first time to use a facility such as this so impossible to compare with other similar facilities. Because of that will give it an average rating. Friendly caregivers but at times seems understaffed. Facility is apparently part of large corporation so can’t judge upper level management but lower level management caring and helpful. Nice, clean building. Limited visitor parking.
From the moment I arrived at Bella Vallagio it was a positive experience. The place is clean, beautiful and has so many options available to seniors.
My main contacts were Mary Kay and Nathan, who assisted me in the process of both selecting and placing my father into care at this location.
The process was seamless. Both Mary, Kay, and Nathan are personable , kind, professional and knowledgeable people in the business.
Nathan went above and beyond to always greet us and make us feel Welcome. He helped my dad transition and feel comfortable and welcome it Bella.If anyone is considering the options available in Palm Desert, this is a top-notch Facility who cares about its people.

Beautiful community. The resident and family care is the highest priority. The staff are excellent.
