They are very friendly and always try to assist us with whatever our needs are. They are clean and the facility always smell nice. Our loved one is happy there.
Although our loved one was not able to move into Bethesda, the staff was amazing. Very caring and professional.

The search for assisted living communities is in full swing. My mother and I began our search at Bethesda Gardens and our experience with Chantel was remarkable. With it being our first time at our first choice, we had no idea of what to expect. Chantel’s compassion, knowledge, and attention to detail lowered our guards and made the process very enjoyable. She took into account all of our wants, needs, and requirements. She was extremely patient, thoughtful, and passionate while showing us around the community. My mom has been at Bethesda now for several months and we are very glad she made the move. The staff have been very supportive and welcoming. Chantel was very responsive to every question and need we had prior and during move in. Mom has really enjoyed the good food, bingo, and new friends that she has made. Out of all the places we looked Bethesda was definitely the right choice.
