Staff is well maintained. Needs extra cook, servers, house keepers, laundry staff, increase pay for employees, needs more reliable transportation (Large Van) that has a lifter for wheelchairs and mobile chairs for the handicap, and mobile scooter chairs (buses). It’s alright for a temporary move but, don’t make it a permanent resident for your love ones.
Shouldn’t even give this place one star I wouldn’t take my dog here. The only reason why one of my loved ones was here was because of circumstances that none of the family were able to care for them, and then he passed away and they didn’t even call and tell us that he passed away. They would never call and let us know how he was doing or anything like that. Only when we would call that’s when we would know something. This place should be shut down and never be able to open ever again. We live an hour and a half away. We tried getting them to move him. We had four different places where we live at that would take him, and they would not move him closer to us. They don’t even know what funeral home they sent him to either. So if you care for your loved ones, please whatever you do, do not put them at this facility!!! Also, if you have a loved one here, you might want to try finding somewhere else for them!! 😡😡😡

And activities all a joke place needs to be shut down residents deserve more than this the staff the had was way better than this crowd and the activities director talking about God told her to post her post she is the biggest follower of all shut this place down do e my research the admin goes from job to job and is rude as they come
This is a nasty place ED and RCC Veronica and Adelia was the worst thing that could have happened to them both of them are bullies so people please don’t put your loved ones here and the bedbugs are real eating the residents up and Veronica has been the ED and so many facilities so what does that tell you they better watch her… she thinks she can talk to people any kind of way but demands respect but can’t give it she put that stupid look on her face like she scare somebody I worked for this company 7 years and never had a problem with none of the Administrators but her talking about she starting something new at Bradford all she did was mess Bradford up they are always short staff now working the few employees that she has to death I feel so bad for the resident and I pray that things change for them soon
