If u care about your family member, don’t place them at brookside. My 86 y ear old. Just moved out. The director, came into our room and would not leave , I asked her 8 times to please leave, I then said if you don’t leave, I am calling the police. She then poked my upper body with her finger. I told her, get your hand off me . She knew she was in trouble at that point and keft the room. IF THEY ARE WILLING TO THAT TO ME, WHAT ARE THEY DOING WHEN IM NOT THERE.

Horrible place to work management is terrible, calls you in and changes your work times on VERY short notice repeatedly. On days off and can’t come in makes you anyways. Talks about employers on back porch, Very unprofessional. There’s also cockroaches, it’s gross!
This is the nicest facility that I have experienced in the area and I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a wonderful stay. Their staff is wonderful and they offer a long list of activities to choose from!
