These apartments are the worst my aunt lives here and I feel so sorry for her. Her water has been brown from a bad water heater, they won’t replace. Freezer doesn’t work right they won’t replace it. Everything is outdated all appliances.
There’s no security and it’s in a dangerous area. A man in a wheelchair was killed 10 feet outside my aunt‘s bedroom window. There’s not one camera in the place. Half the apartments are occupied by non-seniors who used a senior’s name in their family to get in there or are using their senior family member section 8 to stay there. Nobody checks on anything there.
The staff is useless. They do bare minimal to keep their free apartment.
You’re not allowed to hang anything outside your apartment, not a plant, solar ground decoration in the dirt, no outside or holiday decor. It’s like a Prison!
But everybody gets sucked in because of the swimming pool.
I called asking to set up an appointment to speak with someone regarding a rental for myself and my disabled daughter. The property manager Billy got on the phone extremely unprofessional and asked how old is your daughter, I replied she is 35 and I’m 72. He said only people over 55 can live here. I said your website states over 19 year old. He said I’ll change it. I left a message for the owners no reply yet.
Property manager is very unprofessional & the staff is as well. Made my parents feel very uncomfortable while applying for an apartment. They got denied for no legitimate reason while there was open apartments. They should be trained to leave their bad attitudes at home before work.
