I was thinking about my Mom’s future being a senior with health conditions and saw a commercial on tv from CareSift. I researched further and finally called them to inquire about their services. I was lucky to have Alexa Rodriguez as my advocate as she immediately responded to my questions about senior care for my aging Mom with health issues. I’m glad I took that step in reaching out to CareSift as I had no knowledge of senior care and the process. Alexa educated me with what to expect and more; I told her it’s not time yet for her help but knew it was going to be in the near future and very soon.
It took about over a month or so after my call to Alexa when my Mom had a sudden health scare that I would need Alexa’s knowledge, expertise and guidance. She helped me with the next steps were in order to give my Mom the help and care she needed after rehab. With the short amount of time we had, I was glad and relieved that Alexa found a place for my Mom that met her needs. She went above and beyond to help in my situation and give my family and I peace of mind.

Trang Hammond of Caresift came highly recommended by a close friend who worked with her to place both her mother and father. Our mother is fiercely independent and despite being 93, refused to consider going on any waiting lists. We were concerned about what would happen, especially if we needed help on short notice, and what her options would be.
After 2 trips to the ER and 3 stints in rehab in the past 3 months, we needed to understand options for her care without much notice or how long it would be for. As stressful as this situation is, we could not have survived it, navigated it and found a great solution without the invaluable expertise of Trang.
