terrible place to admit your family. staff is full of drama and they are also very unprofessional. they are hiring people with no certification and 0 experience to take care of the elderly and wonder why things go wrong. they hire anyone felons convicted doesn’t matter. i hope this place gets shut down for being the sorry excuse for a nursing home that it is. the two med techs named heidi and tracie were the absolute worst i asked them medical questions and they knew nothing. 0 stars if i could.
My mother was the second resident to move into the memory unit at Carillon Assisted Living of Garner. I have nothing but positive things to say about the care she has received since then. The staff is very attentive and supportive of her needs. We came from another assisted living facility in Cary and will say Carillon is a step ahead. Every employee I have met is competent and caring. But before you make a decision about the rating of this facility check it out for yourself instead of basing it on previous comments.
My parents have been residents of Carillon for 2 months and the care has been amazing! They are well-cared for and happy, that means so much to me. The staff are very caring and attentive, I go by at different times during the day and have always been welcomed and my parents are safe. Thank you!
