One star because of my disappointment with whoever is in charge of admissions. My dad is a hospice patient with only a few weeks left to live. He is bed bound, sleeps 24/7, unproblematic, and the kindest person ever. This place would’ve been perfect for him and for my family location wise. They are not accepting him due to “clinical complications” and refuse to explain what that even means. He checks all the boxes and has the right medical insurance to be a patient there but keep rejecting him with no explanation. Very disheartening.
To many abuse cases
I went to visit my mother, the place is depressing, they had her abandoned in the room sitting in a wheelchair looking at a broken television, without water all day long and her legs and feet were very swollen. They didn’t give her medicine all day. I don’t recommend the place to anyone
