My grandmother lives here and the complex is nice for Senior Living. She really enjoys their social activities they have for the residents which keeps her busy. The Zen Garden is a nice to place to just admire. The staff is great here too! Definitely one of the best senior living places around the area. I’m glad we found this place.
I was approved for apt . It was not move in ready it when deposit and prorated amount paid the stove was filthy the bathrooms were horrible the apt hadn’t been cleaned we took pictures the property was not well kept in areas the residents had yards of debris a perfect hiding place for spiders and snakes and other insects. The apt we were shown was not the one assigned to. My sister signed the lease . It took another week to get the apt ready. I have been trying to find out what was the amount due for 3 weeks now since my prorated amount would change numerous text msg voice msg no response request to be moved to another unit was turned down because I didn’t qualify for a different so because of that I have to be in a subclass unit.
Also if you looking to move here beware and ready for main service to take weeks. I was without AC for 3 weeks in August and 3 weeks in September. I kept getting the run around AC still was not fixed. I was told because the didn’t pay their bill the creditor refused to let them buy supplies has nothing to do with me. I was expected to be in my place as hot it has been. They don’t care.
I been asking for safety grab bars and a taller toilet, same thing run around I been asking for 3 months now.
If I fall in the shower trust me I’m going for the neck I’m sick of them. Horrible.
Churchill now has a new manager. She is amazing. The application process was flawless and quick. The apartment has beautifully painted walls and updated plumbing fixtures. Maintenance has been performed efficiently. Very pleased with changes taking place.
