ROACH MOTEL. They have german cockroaches and will not let you out of your lease because of the roaches. They will try to blame you. These apartments are OLD and had roaches for a long time. Even though they have pest control come out every Friday, the office manager Marcus, will not do anything about the roaches. Pest control does not help much at all. No matter how clean you are, they will be there. They are in the WALLS, COUNTERTOPS, SINKS, DRAINS, OUTLETS, EVERYWHERE!
