The Executive Director, Ann, is an angel! She is super knowledgeable in this space and shares great empathy with the family members during the stressful time of placing a loved one. Her welcoming demeanor and positive attitude make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in the facility. Meeting her during this process was a miracle. Thank you, Ann!
My mom Peggy has been at the Clayton House for about 3 years. When I first saw the place, I felt that it was dated but clean. After meeting the staff I was truly impressed. They care. My mom loves her Clayton family. They are always inviting and address their clients by their names. They are in tune with their needs. Thanks so much for caring for my mom.
Had an appointment to tour facility. Got 3 confirmed emails from director. Arrived and no one knew what we were there for. Odor of urine. Disappointing.
The Clayton House delivers high quality compassionate care on a daily basis. There team is amazing and takes pride in caring for their residents. Clayton House has done a great job taking care of my dad. We moved him from a facility that had bed bugs and scabies. The residents there were being neglected and not being cared for. With special care in the moving process Clayton House received my dad without bringing the bed bugs with him. They cared for him and helped me get him the care he need. Melisha was my contact person and I will be forever grateful to her for the love and care they give my father. All staff are friendly and nice to him.
