Clermont Health & Rehabilitation Center has been serving Lake and West Orange counties for over 55 years. Our facility is located close to local hospitals.
My sister has been at Clermont Health & Rehab about 6 months, and the care has been very good. From initial admission to physical therapy and managing healthcare and then everyday support, the staff has been helpful and caring. They do try to involve residents’ families and communicate any information as needed. We have been very pleased having this facility in Clermont for her so that we can see her often and rest assured she is getting good care.
I have worked here for 3.5 years and it is the best job I have had. The relationships and bonds formed with residents and families is incredible- gives meaning to what could be considered tedious work. It is very rewarding to work here!
