  1. I’m very happy with the nursing staff! They are professional and caring for my dad. They have kept my family updated on everything that is going on and the next process. One little thing that meant a lot to me was the caring of one night nurse. She went out of way by calling me on way home, to let me know that my dad had been sick all night! Concerned nursing staff is a major part of my dad’s recovery! Thanks!

  2. Today we have received a phone call from and an employee that works at this facility. We have had numerous problems with this facility. Neglecting our family there. And they knew that and they reached out to us to see if there’s something that we could do, because they would lose their job if they said anything. Very sad. I’ve had to report to the department of health and adult protective services over this matter that continues to happen. With our family member, i would not recommend this place at all. Especially when the staff members call you and tell you everything that’s going on, and that you need to do something about it, that they can’t say nothing because they will be fired. And the worst thing they said it’s not just him. It’s everybody else that’s getting treated the same way that is long term, has no way of moving or doing anything and solely dependent on people there that take care of him.

  3. When I say this place needs to be shut down immediately!! This is one place you don’t want your loved ones to be.
The staff barely come around and check on the needs of the residents. We sit there for hours visiting my mother in law, and no one ever comes in to see if her or her roommate needs anything. She laid in poop and pee for hours, no staff came in to see if she needed cleaned or changed. We as the family had to go up to the desk and basically threaten the staff to hurry up and get in there to change her. Otherwise she would have laid in poop until the next morning.
She lays in the bed all day long doing nothing besides watching tv in which she can only look at but not hear the show she’s watching. Reason being, this small enclosed room has four beds, in which they pack four different residents in that one small room. So if someone else is watching tv, you have to listen to their show because there’s no way to hear 2 or 3 tv’s playing at one time! This room is so small and each space is divided by only a curtain. When she tries to at least sit up on the side of the bed, she is told to “get back in the bed before she falls!” It’s like they don’t want you to get well so you can go home.
The only activity she gets is when she goes to physical therapy. There is no reason she cannot sit up in a chair or use a wheelchair to go up and down the hallway to get some physical activity going.
There’s no room for family members to sit comfortably if there is more than one visitor at a time. There are only 2 chairs in the room. One each for only two residents. Otherwise, you will be standing up the entire time.
How are you going to have 4 beds, 4 tv’s, 4 dressers in this little compact space?
This has to be illegal and against the law! The residents have no privacy of their own. Especially when they have visitors, you can just listen to everyone’s conversations regardless of what it is.
This has to be a FIRE HAZARD! There’s no way the staff would be able to get these individuals out this room to safety if there was a fire. Especially when one of the patients in the room has an amputated leg.
Also at least two of these patients have to go to dialysis during the week. Which means they have to bring an ambulatory stretcher in the room to put them on. So that’s more unknown individuals all in your personal space. The little that you have!
It’s acceptable for two people but four?
This has to be a code violation and against the law!
This is an unacceptable living condition for our loved one to be in.
We would like to applaud and give thanks to only one employee at this facility. Her name is Mrs. Annette. She is the only and I mean only employee that comes in and makes sure my mother in law is taken care of. She gives her a very good bath and cleans her up well, make sure she has fresh linens on her bed and helps to put her clean clothes on.
    Kudos to Mrs. Annette ❤️

  4. Good morning went to see my dad today at this nursing home and was very disturbed about what I seen. My dad was and had been laying in pee in his diaper and sheets since February 28 at night time . On March 1I asked for them to change my dad they refuse and said I’ll get to him when I get to him. This was from the CNA name Bernie I waited a few minutes and asked the LPN nurse Wendy how often are they supposed Change the patient wendy response every two hours And I asked wendy why her CNA had not changed him and she just walked away and had no response I would not recommend this place for anybody due to neglect. His nurse specifically said he’s been sitting in that since the day before and it was 12 o’clock March 1, 2025when I reported this I would not recommend this place to take care of your loved ones. Please check on your loved ones.

  5. I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to leave a review. My mother was here for three weeks and got the worst care and treatment I’ve ever seen in my life. Physical therapy was a joke. They never once took her to the physical therapy room because they said they had too many patients. My mother would say they were jerking her around and very rough when we were not there. The aides behind the nurses desk were rude and I dreaded having to ask a question. I cannot stress how rude they are here. You wait several hours for diaper change and then they condo mad they had to come. I called the director and emailed and still got no change. Her tv never worked even though I kept asking. The staff does not care about patients at all. They act like they can’t stand any of them. Mean, very mean to patients. I would look for a nurse only to be told there wasn’t one only aides on duty. . Stay away from here and never send your loved ones. It is a hellhole and should be shut down Immediately.
