My wife moved in Colonial five months ago . The staff is friendly; the food is good . The location is perfect we are happy . The front desk receptionist Regina always welcome you with a big smile and Nichelle is the awesome always willing to help with whatever you need.
I am a nurse that frequently goes to Colonial ALF. I have observed that the management and staff are very respectful and caring towards the residents. I have never seen them not take the time if someone has a need. The building is well kept and the rooms are very homey. All the residents that I have spoken with are very happy with the exceptional care they receive. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.
The five-star rating goes to the staff at Colonial Assisted in WPB. They have been taking care of my mom for 7 years. She’s paralyzed on the right side, unable to walk and stuck in a wheelchair since her stroke 9 years ago. Nichelle is a great administrator. She cares about people and is always very kind and helpful. Times have been tough for our family and Regina always makes sure I know what’s going on with my mom whenever anything arises. My mom’s caregivers are kind to her and make sure she is well taken care of. Thank you to all the Staff and care-takers at Colonial WPB for making a truly difficult situation a little easier to manage because of the kindness and compassion you show to our family!
The Colonial has been a wonderful home for my mother and a great comfort to our family. She moved in four years ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the location. The staff is consistently responsive and keeps us informed. Regina at the front desk is especially lovely and helpful. She’s been particularly attentive to my mother’s medical needs, promptly calling with updates whenever she leaves or returns, which gives us great peace of mind. We’re so grateful for The Colonial and the care they provide.
We couldn’t have asked for a more caring,friendly facility for our father. Everyone there was like family to him. We are so grateful for the time he had there. From the time you walk in there is always a smile. Various activities for everyone.
