When taking caring of my beloved Mom at home became unsustainable, I made the excruciating decision to place her in a nursing home. The entire staff at Danish Care Center made the transition easier with their genuine kindness, high quality of care, and importance placed on patients dignity. For the last five months I’ve been impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the warmth, caring, and team work of the entire staff, and their consistent communication. When new situations arise with my Mom, I’m always notified and then the staff works together, and with me, to find the best solutions. They have been very open to my questions, comments, and suggestions. I am so pleased with the care, time, and attention my Mom has received at Danish and I highly recommend this facility for you or your loved one.
Not good
I arrived yesterday ,all of the staff have been very kind and have time for questions. I arrived just after lunch and when they asked if I had my lunch today I said no and I understood and brought snacks. They had hot vegetables a fruit plate of blackberries and strawberries and a salad for me in record time. Yes bells go off and some residents are characters …we are at a facility taking care of elderly people who cannot be on their own. My grandmother was here for years in the 1980’s and they were wonderful to her while she was alive. I feel very thankful for being in a great environment and I was lucky with a window bed
VERY RUDE ADMINISTRATOR. SHE WAS THE WORST. I ASKED HER ABOUT SOME CONCERNS ABOUT MY MOM AND HER ANSWERS WHERE WEIRD AND RUDE.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS JUST TAKING MONEY.
