This place is horrendous. My father was there for very few days, let’s just say he was not taken care of properly. They would give the run around when you call. On his last day there I was notified he was found unresponsive with minimal details. He unfortunately is no longer with us. I am very disappointed in this place and how things are run. I understand it’s Covid and times are tough due to staffing etc however I also work in the medical field and I am
In disbelief still Ive reaching out to get more details of what happened on the day of incident and they have not responded. Please stay away from this place ! I put one star because 0 is not allowed
On August 30, 2020 I went to visit my mother Zoraida Morales. I went through the whole process, I called the social worker as your supposed to every week and set up my fifteen minute appointment with my mother. I have a cousin that also goes to visit her and she does the same. We always get an attitude from the receptionist at the desk about when to sign in. On the date mentioned I’m signing in and their bringing out my mother she was crying hysterically like never before and screaming that a nurse hit her, through cold water on her, and shook her hard. The situation really broke my heart and was a very bad experience. I even notified Passaic Police and filed a complaint. My mother had to be taken to the hospital with chest pain and high blood pressure, where she was admitted. I refuse to send her back there, many have died there. I and my family have seen and heard many patients yelling and screaming for help and their ignored, as well as alarms going off and no one checks on the individuals
