Terrible place. Smells bad and their personnel is not trained well to care for their patients. Its administration makes the public believe it is the best rehab center in town. Beware of their assumptions. Far from the facts.
We regularly play music at Cross Timbers Rehab. The folks that attend our shows seem to really enjoy themselves, have a good time and are engaged. They really loved it when we came in and played 20+ Elvis songs in August in celebration of Elvis week. It is always great to see them smile, move their bodies to the music and hear them sing along.
The staff at Cross Timbers Rehab have always been friendly, professional and appreciative of the music we bring. They also have a genuine caring spirit for the folks they are serving. Angie has been easy to work with in coordinating events that the folks will enjoy. We look forward to bringing more music to the folks at Cross Timbers throughout 2025.
I visited two patients there. One was put on a matress on the floor, the other was basically alone the entire time. The people were mostly rude and the place smelled horribly. Unless your family member can walk and take care of themselves, do not put them there.
