  1. Everyone is very polite and friendly and they are ALL awesome . Whenever I get hooked up I barely feel them insert the needle. I would strongly recommend to stop in and feel the love that’s given and donate to save some lives. I have never had a bad experience here.

  2. Have to change review from 3 yrs ago. Although there are people that work there that are very nice, mostly they are sullen. Any really good people they get are not there long. I even got deferred for 9 months because they said I lied about a medical issue. I had to have a paper filled out by my doctor 3 times (the EXACT same paper) with him stating after many tests there was no issue as stated. When I questioned them, which they didn’t like, I got 3 more months of deferral just because. I started donating at a different CSL facility but they claim they can’t see my file. At what point am I privy to their private, I hope secure, computer system? How could I possibly know what they are seeing or would I expect my records from one CSL facility to not be transferred when I moved and switched centers? Did they say I needed to go over my medical again with them? No. So I was deferred for 9 months for absolutely no reason. Not looking out for the people who you supply meds for much.. do better CSL. You will lose everyone to Bio Blood, who out pays you guys anyway last I knew. The more you charge for the meds you make, and the less you pay where you get the product isn’t a very good business model. If all your centers were like this one, you’d be majorly strained to keep donators. When I donated in Lansing, the atmosphere was light hearted, the people who worked there were awesome, and I was VERY pro CSL. Muskegon changed that. It’s really sad to me.

  3. I am changing to a one star, since with constant staff changes and the like now Sunday’s are closed days. This is after constant reductions to the donor fee, the ending of iGive Rewards points, and the frequent reduction in open hours.

I like this place, but they are not possibly struggling this bad without some mismanagement on the corporate level.
