January 2023: Curenta was introduced to our organization, and it took a few meetings to collaborate on how Curenta could be a part of our eco system in healthcare. Our CEO was very thoughtful and methodical on how Curenta could be cost-effective but also provide the clinicians tools to provide quality care. Being a nursing administrator meant looking how Curenta could add value to our organization. Ryan and Ramy listened to our concerns and structured a program that will service our patients, families, and facilities. Together, we streamlined the workflow of our clinicians and allowed more time to focus on the patients and not on the phone with the pharmacy and using differently apps to communicate. Curenta’s innovative technology partnered with our ecosystem allowed more focus on patient-centered care.
July 2023: Thank you Curenta for coming through for our beloved hospice patient. Time was of the essence and Curenta collaborated with our organization seamlessly to provide the needed comfort meds. I’d like to give a special shout out to Ryan, Billy, and Daniel for using all of their resources to get her meds to us in time. These pharmacists were on their toes and were very effective in problem solving. The family was amazed and very thankful to receive so quickly so the hospice team can efficiently provide comfort. Thanks again for orchestrating the logistics during rush hour, too! Your performance exceeded our expectations. Curenta has earned our trust. I can count on your team to support not only our nurses in the field and our organization, but for our hospice patients and their families as well.

Last 2 weeks of Denied, delayed or forgotten meds, botched orders, many failed promised orders. Over billing, no price on receipts. calls&VM’s ignored. ceo Ramy (no last name) is responsible. Some office and all drivers are great. Praise God for forgiveness. Be blessed anyway. I am checking out NowRX and AsapRX 🙏🏼
Ramy’s response is inaccurate and deceptive. My doctor may have been slow in responding to their phone calls but I was left completely in the dark, ignored, my voicemails were ignored and I went without my medication‘s and even my new promised prescriptions to replace failed prescription delivery, then finally when I was able to talk to someone, Danny told me to go somewhere else But refused to explain in writing why and how to transfer to another pharmacy. So complaining is a sin, I agree but the truth hurts them, not me.
I have the evidence. I’ll bet they improve after this, you’re welcome in Jesus name…
