My wife and I, were extremely happy and satisfied with the building process with Carolina Gardens. Chris Faller our building manager was extremely great to work with. Any questions we had during the building process. He always responded within a timely basis. If he was not sure of the answer, he made sure he found out and got back to us right away, we built a house in the past and the process with the building manager was nothing like it was with Chris, he is a man of his word and we appreciate how well and smooth the transition went.
