No complaints at all, The Buildings and Townhouse areas are very Beautiful, Very well maintenenced all year around, FREE WASH AND DRY, This place is honestly a good place to stay, It all depends on your disposition as a person if you have any problems. It’s simple, act like a adult, be Respectful, mind your business, pay your rent on time and you can live in Peace. It’s a Workout machine on each floor In the main Buildings in the laundry rooms, they have different days on the calendar where you can meet as a whole in the community rooms to do different events or just go in there if you bored lol, it’s games, puzzles and activities for you or your children to do in the activity rooms long as you treat this place with respect It’s given, I probably don’t tend to much of the activities however I do notice all the kind Gestures this place offers and it’s a Blessing to people.
They have there favorites there and if your not one your out of the circle. One thing is if you get a complaint from a tenant about something don’t always take one side call both parties down and get both sides to the story. Nope they pick and choice who they like or dislike.
We have the best staff here they help you whenever you need if they can, they do a lot of activities for us, they take really good care of the place.
