To Dr. Hassan, Mrs. Britton, Ingrid, Diana Levine (Director of Social Services), Stephanie from the Dialysis Unit, Stephanie (Director of Nursing), Evelyn Goldberg from Room 203A unfortunately had to leave suddenly due to a medical emergency. This situation did not allow us to say goodbye and thank everyone. Thank G-D she is now home and doing fine. Instead we are sending this message thanking everyone for everything you did for us.
Dr Hasan, I was overwhelmed by the interest you showed in all aspects of my wife’s situation and the treatments you made sure she received. Great service at the facility, the nurses and staff are very helpful, friendly and doing an amazing job, my friend who is a patient there give high compliments about the service he received.
Ditmas Park Rehab Center, where my husband spent a little over 5 months, after his surgery was a pleasant surprise. Albeit, there were moments when everything was not always on point. But, overall the stay was made comfortable, with the assistance of the great staff.
The physical therapy department was very efficient and effective. He was well treated and well taken care of.
