One of your workers valeryia was extremely rude to me. Used profanity. Found me on social media and was calling me out of my name and told me I was a bad mother. Absolutely unacceptable.
My 78 year old mother has been a resident of Edison Christian Health for almost a year now. I would rate the care and communication of the facility as OUTSTANDING. The home has employees who have been there for decades and are absolute professionals. They operate with a high level of respect and care and keep marvelous records. Most impressive is their regular phone calls and emails with updates on your family members care. This home is “Christ-centered” and 100% shows it.
I hope by now you have received my check. The insurance company took their time issuing it. I would like to tell your staff that I was immensely pleased with the care my husband received while at Edison Christian Health Center. He never heard a cross word from anyone and was treated with the utmost care and love. The nurses and aides were loving and gentle with him. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for his care.
