Terrible Experience with Doctor’s appointments. Lack of communication between PCP and Insurance (Empath) and Provider. Last 2 Appointments with my Orthopedic Surgeon were a Total Trainwreck. After getting to appointments on time at 1pm. Isat for 30 plus minutes then Called to window and asked for Paperwork That Should Have Already Been Addressed by Empath and Doctor’s office. Total Lack of Communication. I had to make Phone Calls using My Phone then hand Over My Phone to the Doctor’s Office Personal. 2 TIMES IN A ROW. LAST TO FOLLOW UP VISITS. First visit in office at 1pm leave 330. Second Visit in at 1 LEFT AT 515. This Is NOT the only 2 times they messed up my appointment. Another time they Sent me To The Wrong Location. I Suggest Removal of Staff Members and/or Training on How To Do Their Job by Covering All the Bases When Making Appointments and Scheduling Transportation. They are good at somethings, But TERRIBLE AT OTHERS. IT’S Soooo Sad.
