Evergreen Woods has been serving Hernando County for over 30 years, providing a range of health and rehabilitation services.
My dad was at Evergreen Woods for about a month. My family found all of the staff to be a wonderful team that took great care of my dad. The skilled nursing group was excellent and the PT/OT staff were exceptional. I was very impressed with the rapport that the staff develops with the patients and the personal care that they give every day. My mom is now needing to be at Evergreen for rehab and I am sure that she will receive the same level of care. My family and I are more than completely satisfied with Evergreen and will highly recommend them to others that need PT/OT.

Dear Evergreen Woods , 300 Wing Staff, On behalf of the, Telesca Family, we wish to sincerely thank each and every one of you( and you know who you are) who cared for our beloved Mother, Jean Telesca, while at your facility. The staff treated her with kindness, compassion, respect and most of all dignity, until her passing. This was not only reassuring to her, but her children. We had no doubt our mother was in well cared for hands, in so many ways. Many of the staff went above and beyond, providing a skilled level of care, we were unable to, at our home. We want to wholeheartedly thank you.
