For what it lacks to have in looks. The service and hospitality of the place really makes up for it!! It’s a really quiet place and would recommend it to anyone.
Had alittle trouble checking in but Tina did her thing and made everything else smooth. I also wanna give Shawna or Shawn I totally forgot, she was very sweet and respectful and also made everything easy.
Awesome location, staff is friendly/reliable and clean rooms.
Absolutely terrible. Nowhere in the booking process did it say they charge for emotional support animals so why would I mention them? When I noticed the “pet inside” magnets on the door I chose to go to the front to request one and when I did they told me that they charge for them. I asked how much and I find out it’s a few hundred dollars more than my initial booking fee.
Naturally I just requested my refund but now I have to figure something out as I wait for my refund of the last 500$ I had.
Everything is dated the hotel smells like dust and old there’s weird stains all over the carpets.
