Not a quality timeshare. It’s not a good investment. The location is good. However, maintenance fees are high, and units were not built well. Remodeling is a joke.
The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with privacy for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool and sauna are clean.
The area is nice with wineries, caverns and restaurants less than 15 minutes away in Murphy. Bear valley (for snow activities ) is 1 hour away and Big trees state park about 35 minutes. Have fun exploring!
