Her guidance and knowledge was exactly what I needed to deal with the confusion from property management company, insurance from unit above, and plumbers. She got us all on the same page! Since the leak did not come from our pipes, Julie worked with the property managing company and insurance company directly. First Onsite’s crew brought in dehumidifiers right away. The office, technicians, restoration techs, and plumbers were courteous knowledgeable. They all explained what would be done daily while repairing and did a good job.
