My experience with the two women who helped me after a medical procedure was fabulous. Each lady came at their designated shift on time. Each was very attentive and friendly. They were compassionate. I can’t think of one suggestion to recommend improvement on their part. EXCELLENT! I recommend them o making certain I coukd move around safely to dress after the procedure.to anyone or any company. The first lady (Irma) arrived at the hospital before my procedure began as the hospital told me she would do. She was very attentive to my safety after I came out of the anesthesia. She made certain I was safe and would fall as I was getting dressed. She continued to do so until her shift was over. Irma was a very sharp caregiver. She had the expertise to know how to handle any situation had it occurred. She provided me with above excellent care. The next young lady Natalie arrived on time. She was very friendly and also skilled at making certain all of my medical and physical needs were met. Probably half of her shift I slept but she was there for me whenever I wup. She woke me up when Irma returned for the last shift. Unfortunately for me, I went back to sleep immediately and Irma woke me up to tell me she was leaving and no one would be coming. I missed the opportunity to visit with her. She is very kind and fun to talk with. Once again, I would definitely recommend this agency as well as Joyce,who coordinates the care I required. Irma and Natalie were superb caregivers. I felt very aafe and comfortable with all of the ladies involved.
The caregivers provided were very nice and highly cooperative young ladies. They assisted my wife in showering and dressing. They certainly were compassionate in assisting my wife and doing some minor household chores. I can highly recommend First Light. I would also like to add that Joyce, First Light’s operations supervisor, was always helpful and quick to respond to my wife’s changing needs.
Ive used the services of first light home care and they are an extraordinary home care company. Their caregivers are very well trained and super professional. They were very fast to start services and were able to adapt to our needs as a family. I want to thank Jacqueline for being such a great resource and being so helpful with this overwhelming process. FLHCP provided great in-home care giving after my father’s recent hospitalization. The individual care givers were all compassionate and professional and helped me manage my father’s care during a very difficult period.
Operations Manager Joyce worked diligently behind the scenes to coordinate care giver scheduling and ensure that all shifts were covered. She was in regular contact to update me on which care gives were scheduled, my father’s condition and whatever supplies were needed.
I appreciate the efforts of Joyce and the FLHCP team and would recommend them to those in need of this type of service.
