Would not recommend…I wouldn’t leave a dead dog in this place…my mother was barely there for a day,she laid in urine for over 4 hours she had a space like a jail cell,the bed was low to the ground not much padding at all…the TV was straight above her feet and the stinch of the place was horrible…Stewart was a joke when he found out I had complained he told my mother here take your meds so you don’t tell your daughter I did t give them to you real smartassed like,so that didn’t fly…one positive was th3 house cleaner Ruby she had great people skills.The social worker Mike Brown did work efficiently to help me get her out of the place…but,like I said if you leave your loved one make lots of surprise visits because it’s an awful experience for us and a no go….She’s happy now and 5 minutes away from me ….I have filed a complaint with the state and Mr Stewart the nurse please learn bedside manners cause you are lacking skills
We have been trying to get our mother in law in LTC for quite awhile now. Everyone seemed to busy to help us with the steps. Christopher Welsham and Kimberlee Oody have went above and beyond to sit down and walk me through the steps of what we need to do. They always answer when I call or contact me back promptly. This makes me believe if there is any concerns they will be taken seriously and fixed. Hopeful we can get her placed there very soon. Thank you Christopher and Kimberlee!!!!
Everyone I’ve come into contact with or had to ask a question or to ask to be let out of the building has been very rude. Makes me wonder if they are that rude to guest how are they actually with the patients? I work in healthcare and the Rudeness and attitude’s they give every single time I go doesn’t mix well with caring for others . Your staff need an attitude adjustment!!!!!
