The social worker was extremely helpful in solving our unusual problems with getting my mother admitted and on medicaid pending and finally medicaid now. My mom loves the food there and the kitchen creates awesome meal plans for every resident.
My grandfather stayed here for his rehabilitation and was very well taken care of and loved for the individual he was from day one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. He even said he wanted them to deliver meals to him once he went home because the food was so good. I definitely recommend Fortress to anyone needing the services they provide.
