Can someone please call me back regarding changing date on discharge letters ? Not sure how the caregiver is asked to confirm service ending before anything is pre authorized ?
Because I use the word “Fraud” in my previous review they are no longer servicing my son after authorized until May . came to conclusion I will shop for new agency because I don’t like the way they treat there caregivers and the amount of administrative work required on my behalf to get authorizations, etc . as discussed with owner Nicole she would send me some options and after finding provider we will produce discharge letter . as per email 02/07/25 owner says she will send discharge letter Monday . so now awaiting clarity on where I stand with services for my son as now services may be revoke as retaliation for my thorough review . Owner says I’m tearing down her brand as this is what “black people” do to each other . please go look at the WHITE OWNED companies I’ve left reviews for before you pull the race card . if I’m not pleased with services received I will always leave an HONEST review . Please don’t revoke my kids service because I left an honest review . at least allow us to secure another agency

You have time to respond to reviews but your staff can’t even respond to emails. Including unanswered emails from last week. Your response is dishonest. Our caregiver has been shorted multiple times due to your staff’s incompetence and lack of responsiveness. As a business owner, perhaps conduct some due diligence and investigate a complaint before dismissing it. Incredibly disappointing “service”.

Absolutely awful service. The employees are non responsive and lie to you over the phone. Our caregiver has not been paid her actual wages and this has been ongoing for months. Do not use this agency.
It doesnt matter WHAT happened or if you have an emergency they dont wanna to their job and they dont want to answer the phone even for days ! Unbelievable the way they treat clients!! Owners should check who are they putting on the phone and working there also! I was gonna still recommended that place but not anymore!
