The office manager Shelby has become incredibly rude and entitled and is breaking California laws when it comes to her position. At first, she was a great manager, but she has let it go to her head. Her response to anyone who challenges her is “move.” Not impressed with the management company AWI (Always With Integrity) either. They should be forced to change their name. There is no integrity when dealing with them. The only highlight are the maintenance guys Jorge and Alberto, they are the best!! They keep this place looking great and they deal with maintenance issues promptly.
