Grand Villa has been a wonderful experience for my father. My deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support my father has received since moving into Grand Villa just a few days ago. This transition was a very challenging decision for my siblings and me, especially as we are not local to the area. However, the warmth and dedication of everyone at Grand Villa have truly made this process much easier for us all. My father has been made to feel so welcome in his new home, and it’s incredibly comforting to know that he is in such a safe and caring environment. The level of attention and care he receives is remarkable, and it brings us great peace of mind. We also appreciate the fact that we can call several times a day to check on him, and your team is always accommodating and even lets us speak with him frequently. I would like to extend a special thank you to Amber Wagner and Moe in memory care. Their efforts have been instrumental in making my father’s transition smooth and keeping us informed about how he is settling in. Their kindness and professionalism have truly stood out to us.

I enjoyed this past Christmas with my family in North Florida for 8 days. On my first morning there, my son prepared me a delicious breakfast but, there was no fruit garnish on the plate. When I asked about the garnish, he told me that I was not at Grand Villa of Palm Coast so there would be no garnish. We laughed! Then it was time for lunch and we had some roasted turkey leftover so we decided to have turkey sandwiches. Then it dawned on me that he expected me to make my sandwich myself. Then he announced that I could just take my dishes to the sink. We laughed again that I was not at Grand Villa!
I have resided at Grand Villa of Palm Coast for 18 months and I am served elegant dishes with garnishes, I do not prepare any food at all because the meal costs are part of the rent, and, I certainly am not expected to clear the table. The servers, CNAs and Med-Techs and in fact, even the executive director, pamper all of the residents, not only at mealtimes but also at other times. And less I forget, our activities director always has fun, entertaining and/or educational events to fill each day. Grand Villa does look like my home and it feels like home-in fact, better than home. My son has challenged me to thank each person that pampers me to tell them how much I appreciate all they do to make me feel like Grand Villa is my home. I have accepted his challenge and suggest you plan a tour to see for yourself what a great place it is to live at Grand Villa of Palm Coast.
My husband and I toured the facility and moved my mom almost immediately. Everyone was so very helpful in working with the hospital to facilitate the move. She loves it there and is acclimating nicely. The facility is nice, the apartments are nice.
I had been watching my mother decline in her abilities to live alone and my search led me to Grand Villa of Palm Coast. I knew the day that I toured the facility and spoke extensively with Amber the leasing coordinator that this was the place for my mom. Amber and her staff have lived up to my expectation and mostly exceeded them. Moving day came for my mom and the bed I had ordered for her had been delivered the day before but the “pro” who was supposed to put it together cancelled at the last minute I texted Amber not knowing how I was going to overcome this obstacle and she responded with a message saying she would take care of it. Her maintenance director put the bed together before we arrived and the day was saved. That seems to be the philosophy of this facility – someone will take care of whatever issue it is from the housekeeping to the medical personnel and every other function the place has a very “can do” attitude. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to move my mom to Grand Villa of Palm Coast.
Amber and the entire staff at Grand Villa of Palm Coast have been extremely professional, kind, and caring in helping our mom transition into Assisted Living. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend the facility to other families!
