I’ve had a good experience with Kelei. Quick and simple move-in procedure. She works with you and is highly professional and has excellent communication skills. If I have any queries or concerns, she gets back to me right away.
Me and my family just moved in about a month ago. Once we submitted all the necessary documents, the whole process only took us about a couple of weeks. Kelei and the rest of the staff were such a great help for getting us approved. Everything went smoothly for us.

My family and I moved into this building in September of 2024 and all of it was possible because of Kelei. Words cant describe how thankful we are for her and her help through this whole process. Through the amount of paperwork and emails, Kelei was always informative, communicative, and extremely patient. You can tell she genuinely cares for her tenants and moving in good families into their potential homes.
Other housing offices I have been too have brushed us off or just viewed us a number, but Kelei took initiative in helping us with the application process and kindly pushed us to get all our paperwork in, credit & background check to get me and my kids in at a timely matter. I genuinely dont know where we would be without Kelei, we are so grateful for her. Thank you Kelei for all your help!! You are so appreciated. A wonderful staff member and I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves. Our building is so lucky to have her!
Place is convienent to everywhere stores,schools,public transportation.The bad thing is it will be nice if residents will help keep it clean at times.Other then that the staffs are great and helpful.First time I applied Kristan.R help me & then after she left was Kelei Prehn.Kelei Prehn is nice helpful,real quick and easy going to work with and knowledgeable in what she does.I do appreciate the hardwork she does and everything she has helped me with in my paperwork process.Your work is truly appreciated.
