Our mother is at harbourview senior living ALF. The staff members are truly warm and caring. The DON and Charge nurse are very informative and always giving us updates. They treat each resident with love and respect. Each staff member is attentive to our mother needs. After a short time there, they knew her likes and dislikes. We visit often and see that she is clean and well cared for. She always has hair well groomed. They have a variety of activities to keep the residents engaged. It always nice to see my mother participating. The facility is very safe and secure. The building is always clean. Her apartment is always neat, clean and laundry done. The staff is always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The nursing and medical staff explained step by step what was needed.
