Lousy neighbors they smoke on their decks. They don’t really care they throw garbage around.

Had to cancel lease agreement before move in date for personal reasons.. whoever runs this place is a saint they agreed to give me a full refund and first months rent back granted I didn’t even move in yet but they didn’t have to do that great people if things change and I end up staying on Long Island I will be putting in another application

HONEST review. Recently moved out. Most of the 5-star ratings are because of the maintenance team. After each service you get sent a link to review. That’s where it stops here, honestly. Maintenance definitely responds quickly and is an awesome team. As far as apartments go, EXTREMELY OUTDATED and ugly! They were sure to take a unit and completely remodel it to make the new leasing office tho. The appliances are old and turning yellow (if you don’t have a unit with stainless steel). You can hear/feel EVERYTHING if you have an annoying neighbor like I did, especially with children. The closet doors are horrendous and constantly falling off track. Cops are there nearly weekly. They came and changed all the electric panels. Left the area of the wall unpainted for weeks. Finally came back to finish it and did only spot painting, a completely different color than the rest of the wall. Rents go up annually and significantly with no updates at all. The smallest units there are over 2200 even if not updated.

Joi was very good during the process with my son’s move the process was great! Eddie is great and very helpful!
