From the moment my wife and I entered the lobby I knew we were in the right place. There was an immediate obvious cohesion of genuine, sincere caring from the staff, all of the staff. My mother has certain needs as in her dementia is getting worse daily and as I expressed these concerns someone I had not met yet put her hand on my shoulder and warmly stated “ We got her “ and they did. I come from a background in the service industry at the highest level and the love and caring towards the residents is not just comforting
but remarkable. In a world where no one seems to care this quaint family run facility has found a way to select and train their staff in the paramount standard of exceptional loving care.
I love Her Heart Gardens Assistant Living. TWALA is great!!! She makes sure all her patients get the care they need and the love they deserve. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need and want. To Ms. Twala and Her Heart Gardens, their residents are family not patients.
My experience with Her Heart Gardens ASL so far has been positive. My mother’s transition was smooth. The paperwork was amazingly clear and what I didn’t understand was explained to me. The facility is clean, well staffed and organized.
I am sure my Mom will flourish in this environment.
Her Heart Gardens Assisted Living Facility is excellent! My mom has been a resident for seven years. The nursing staff is awesome and the facility is always clean! Staff members are very nice, attentive, caring, and extremely patient with residents. I would highly recommend this facility to others if you have elderly parents who need assisted living services.
