  1. WARNING!!! BEWARE!!! Originally this place was known as “Temple Street”. A filthy rat and cockroach infested complex where the gangster cartels controlled and practically owned the whole complex using the apartment complex as their place to distribute all kinds of drugs and criminal activity was rampant. Well sorry to say the only thing that has changed is the cartel that runs it. The people who run this place are monsters and might as well be still ran by the cartel. I was witness first hand to the abusive treatment from Allan, Jocelyn and the rest of the office staff. During the 4 years my mom lived there she reported rat and roach infestation and a constant problem with ants to management numerous times and they never did a thing and always tried to turn it around on my clean freak 70 year old mom. Which is a total joke you couldn’t have gotten her place any cleaner even if had a maid in there every day of the week. We were constantly bug bombing, spraying and putting traps out and still the problem persisted. There was a major water heater leak in my moms apartment and no one would help my mom so I had to go over there myself and shut the water valve off, move her furniture, shop vacuum all the water up, lift the carpets, and add blowers to circulate the air to try and dry out the carpet. Three days later they finally came to take a look and another week for them to fix the leak. The whole time my mom had no hot water. Come find out later these people had the nerve of blaming it on my mom like she caused the leak and tried to charge her for repairs, etc. My mom decided she had enough and moved out. Then to top it off they proceeded to ding my moms credit saying she damaged the dump hole off an apartment. What kind of sick disgusting evil people try and go after a little old lady suffering from brain tumors and then ding her credit when it wasn’t even her fault? Allan, Jocelyn and gang of crooks that’s who. I feel sorry for all the nice friendly elderly people who live there and have to put with the haphazard cartel like management.

  2. Whoever answered the phone on 5/2 was EXTREMELY rude to my mother who was simply calling to ask a few questions “Does this management take adult children who live with/help support their elderly parents?” This lady raised her voice at my mom 3 times yelling “SENIORS ONLY” my mom was trying to ask different questions but don’t you worry we will find her another place! I don’t care how your day is going if you are going to be rude maybe get another job that doesn’t require you to answer a phone!
