Hills at Leander

My brother and I moved our father here at The Hills at Leander. Nubia has shown great customer service and has gone above and beyond for our father. We love the handle
Bars that go through the hallways, the daily activities and the elevators. My kids can’t wait to visit grandpa’s apartment pool during the summer. Thanks again!

I am very pleased living at Hills At Leander. I have read the reviews and it appears many of the complaints are being resolved. Hall carpets have been cleaned, breezeways and sidewalks have been pressure washed, ac and hvac have been upgraded/repaired. Fire alarm still goes off but not very often. Fire inspector out this week so I have hopes alarm issues have been resolved.
I like very much living here. Nice and peaceful! Quiet! One thing I can complain about is how long it takes maintenance to come and take care maintenance requests. I take in consideration though of all they are doing outside of maintenance requests.
Overall I have signed a new lease am grateful to have a beautiful apt to live in.

****************WARNING do not move in*******I have been a resident here for a few years and when you have a complex that has less than 50 percent rented and a person refers business for a qualified tenant that can go anywhere and live but you make sure they come and sign on with a promise from the management that you will receive a 1000 dollar referral for doing that and then they screw you out of it by making up more and more rules as they go. For instance the referral was a person that did live her before but she had moved out and was looking at leasing somewhere else and I kept on to her to persuade her to lease here. She could go anywhere she wanted but finally agreed to come back here thru my persistence. I even have an email from the assistant manager answering my question to her that I sent her (Heidi) and she acknowledged my referral and stated I would receive the funds once she moves in. That didn’t happen and so now they come out with all these new rules after this happened rules and stipulations that weren’t ever there before. They did everything they could do not to pay me. I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY ENEMIES. AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE HILLS AT LEANDER EVER AGAIN! They lie to you about everything and NEVER KEEP THEIR PROMISES. Same manager responded to this experience basically calling me a liar for my review and opinion. That’s how ignorant they are.
