POV: CNA sent by registry. How the assignment went: Arrived at nursing home. Not oriented to the unit or the online charting or informed about the details concerning what was expected. Next day Jalisa, CNA staffing coordinator calls & threatened to deny paying wages for work performed if registry CNA didn’t come back & do charting on patients that registry CNA was no longer taking care of.
Registry CNA drives all the way back to facility the next day. Then, “Jalisa” refused to come to phone to provide further instructions & payment for the additional time CNA spent to return & perform more job duties. Not recommending this facility to CNA’s.
