Instructions were made Ď„Îż you to always take Marion Platten down to the dining room for meals. When we were there this morning (1045) she was eating her breakfast in her room.
The restroom toilets are nasty all the time on weekends. And I’m not gonna say nothing about staff because u don’t have to be certified to be a cna but it would help because then u would get proper techniques to handle dementia and alzheimer’s patients. Dinning service is terrible slow and most of the residents did not come down for meals. But all this I’m seeing is the weekend so there’s no big bosses there but that’s no excuse. There was a birthday party on Sunday and I was going to the restroom and a little kid was telling her mom no because she was scared and the toilet was dirty so I skipped the restroom and held my pee until I got off at 8pm and at that time it was 530 ish.
