Welcome Home

I wouldn’t recommend this place -especially if you need any extra help or Memory Care. We paid extra for 4 showers a week- rarely got 3. She fell and had a brain bleed and we were not told about the fall for a few hours. She lost 10 lbs in 1 month and they didn’t tell us. They didn’t notice. They made a med error that if my sister didn’t notice -could have been bad. They do not have enough dining room help and you have to wait forever if you eat upstairs. They do their laundry & she lost many items from this (towels, undies, tops) and we got other peoples underwear back. They sent her out for the day w no bra. In the Memory Care-They never take them outside. also in MC they are offered coke or water. No other beverages offered. The cost is also much more than advertised. Be sure to ask about add ons $$$$. The true fact is the workers are wonderful BUT there just are NOT enough of them. Our Mom was loved but they just need so much more help. There is a new owner and they are putting $$$ into the building and not into a better ratio of nurse to patient. Sad because we really wanted this to work out.
Everyone is so helpful, caring, and attentive —
Very nice facility and very nice people working there. The medical, reception, accounting, salon, and marketing staff are the people I know best and they are great. Lots of nearby faculties for living and for care when needed. Residents are all friendly too. A good choice when it’s time for this lifestyle.
I stopped by a few weeks back to get a feel for the place since I’m trying to help my friend’s Mom find a place to live. I met with Jessica and she showed me all around the place and really made me feel welcomed. She was also very upfront about what living here would be like and what it would take for a family to make the transition into senior living. Needless to say I was pretty impressed with the quality of the staff and I told my friend all about it and she said that she would be planning to take her own tour of the facility soon.
Although my mom was only a resident for a little over 4 months, we were both extremely impressed by the facility as well as its staff. Allen Ah You and Jessica Bacca removed the stress from the intake process and really made us feel welcomed. Kudos to them both!
