I am very satisfied with the services that I have received and continue to receive from Kina’ole Case Management. From the initial conversation that I had with Megan, I could tell that she was listening and empathetic to my concerns for my loved one. When I had questions, she answered them right away or got back to me within a reasonable time frame, if she was not sure of the answer. As for Norieanne, the case manager, she was also receptive to my concerns and always answered my questions. She is very personable and makes you feel like you are a family member. She is very passionate about what she does. You can clearly see this by way of her overall work performance on how she treats her patients as well as the caregivers. During home visits, she has an effortless way of making everyone feel comfortable and does an amazing job of being thorough during the intake process, not to mention her organizational skills are on point!! I have worked with other case management companies in the past, and her services and passion for what she does are no comparison! I definitely would recommend Kina’ole Case Management for people who are looking for a family oriented team to take care of their loved ones.
